What is wrong with the school?!??!?

well, yeah, he brought his phone to school when he shouldnt be...
but whats the big deal?? its not like he harmed anyone with a phone!!
so why didnt the teacher return the phone?!?
he already admitted he's wrong, he knows he shouldnt be bringing it to school, neither should he listen to songs and play games during class. So why wont the F*ckin teacher just return it?!?!!!
does she just wanna enjoy seeing her student in trouble?!
